Orders placed during upcoming holidays?
Special circumstances such as national and publicly observed holidays can add an extra 2-3 business days to fulfill and ship out orders.
Please keep in mind that transit times will be affected upon dispatch, depending on the ship service selected when placing an online order.
What is the Price?
Shipping is calculated in the Check Out section in our online gift shop. If you order multiple items separately, send us an email and let us know. We will happily return any over-payments for shipping.
Delivery within the U.S. typically occurs within 4-9 business days, with a USPS delivery confirmation number provided. Internationally, delivery typically occurs within 2-3 weeks of a package being shipped. If delayed in customs clearance, an additional 1 week delay can sometimes occur. You may upgrade to expedited shipping at an additional cost. Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please note: In most cases, we do not refund shipping costs if a product arrives later than expected.

Can I split an order to go to different addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. You will need to place separate orders.

When will my order be processed?
In-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of checkout. Orders received before 1PM local time on business days will be shipped out same day. Orders received after 1PM local time will be shipped out the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of purchase, you will be given the option to cancel your order.
Custom Orders and Wholesale Orders are a first come, first serve basis. Depending on when you place your order and how large the order is will directly affect the processing time. Each will be addressed individually. General turn around times vary between 3-10 business days.

What are your signature requirements on delivery?
Items that require signature on delivery are stated on the product page. If said item is included in the order, the order will require an adult signature on delivery.
Do international orders have to pay customs, duties, and taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees, which we have no control over. Please check with your local customs or postal authority for more specific information about these fees.
Tax ID Requirements for Shipments to Brazil (Updated June 16, 2021)
Orders with shipping addresses to Brazil must include the customer's/recipient's Tax ID number for customs declarations before shipments can be cleared. Please keep in mind that shipments missing this information will be subject to return back to the sender or disposal by Brazilian Customs.
